WHAT IS COUNSELLING?

The process of providing professional assistance and guidance to an individual, for the purpose of resolving personal or psychological problems. It is a helping relationship in which the counsellor (a trained professional) working together with the clients, to overcome their challenges and achieve personal goals and improve their competence, capacity and productivity.

COUNSELLING IS A TALKING THERAPY.

Counselling will help you to become self-aware and have the capability to think and feel emotions, helping you to connect with your real self. Counselling allows people to discuss their problems and any difficult feelings they encounter in a safe,confidential environment. The term can mean different things to different people, but in general it is a process people seek when<br /> they want to change something in their lives or simply explore their thoughts and feelings in more depth.
